Typically, it takes about 3-4 weeks for pieces to go through the full firing and glazing process. We'll notify you by email when your piece is ready for pickup. Once you receive this email, you can pick up your pieces anytime we are open!
Please plan to pick up your piece within 30 days of notification.

YES! If you're enrolled in one of our 6-week courses, glazing sessions are included and you'll glaze your own pieces during class.
If you're attending a one-time class or event, we will allow you to choose which color you would like your piece/s to be and will glaze your piece/s for you.
If you are attending a private lesson, we will allow you to choose which color you would like your piece/s to be and will glaze your piece/s for you. Or if you'd like to return and glaze it yourself, you're welcome to do so for a small additional fee ($25). Just let us know at the time of your class, and we’ll help schedule your glazing session.

Yes, especially if you’re trying the pottery wheel! It’s likely you’ll get a bit of clay on your clothes while working. The good news is that clay doesn’t stain and washes out completely.
We also offer smocks for all attendees, so feel free to use one during your class if you'd like a little extra coverage.
-
In our 6-week class, you’ll be guided through a variety of techniques and foundational skills for creating pottery. No previous experience is required—this course is perfect for beginners and returning potters alike.
Each week builds on the last, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore different aspects of pottery-making. While we provide a structured curriculum, participants are also welcome to focus on specific techniques or projects that interest them.
By the end of the course, students typically complete multiple smaller pieces or choose to dedicate their time to one larger, more detailed project.

All 6 week class students are allowed to schedule one makeup studio session. These are typically held every Sunday. If that day does not work with you, we will work together to find a time that works!
