Private events
We offer two different private party packages, one for groups up to 10 people, and one for groups up to 20 people.
We have ten pottery wheels, so for groups up to 10 people, we can either host on the wheels or host as a handbuilding/sculpting event.
For groups over 10, we have half of the attendants start on the wheel and half start handbuilding and then switch half way through.

For Groups up to 10:
Duration: 2 hours, which includes about 1.5 hours of instruction and a half hour of picking glaze colors, making handles or decorating the pieces, etc.
Pricing: For parties on the pottery wheel, the cost is $80 per person for groups under 10 participants, which drops to $75 per person for groups of 10. For parties wanting to do a handbuilding/sculpting project, the cost is $60 per person.
Deposit: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Payment: The balance for the party is paid at the time of the party based on how many people show up. So if a couple people don’t show, you don’t have to pay for them.
Available Dates & Times:
We are able to schedule private parties on the pottery wheels during the day during the week, Friday and Saturday evenings, or anytime Sundays after 1pm. If you’re hoping to book a party on the pottery wheels for Friday or Saturday evening, please reach out as early as possible—availability depends on our One Night Spin schedule, since these 2 hour try it events are typically offered during that time and do book up quickly. Since these events do fill up, parties planned for Friday or Saturday nights are subject to a party minimum of $750 regardless of how many people end up attending (i.e. the cost for a full class).
We are able to schedule private parties doing a handbuilding/sculpting project any day or time except for Wednesday evenings. There is no party minimum for these events.
For Groups up to 20:
For groups over 10 people, we have half of the participants start on the wheels and half start on a handbuilding/sculpting project. At the halfway point they switch!
Duration: 3 hours, with participants switching at the 1.5 hour mark.
Pricing: Parties over 10 people are $75 per person.
Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Payment: The balance for the party is paid at the time of the party based on how many people show up. So if a couple people don’t show, you don’t have to pay for them. Note that for parties greater than 10 people, the party minimum is $1000 (the cost for 13 people).
