⭐Build a Clay Casita (Little House) w/Gleidymar: May 16th, 23rd, and 30th, 2-4:30, Cost: $250
Come learn slab building and other handbuilding techniques to create your very own little clay house! Gleidymar is known for her clay “casitas”, inspired by the architecture of Puerto Rico where she was born.
Beginner Friendly!
Participants will construct and assemble their clay houses the first two classes, and the third class will be for glazing and decorating. The pieces will be fired in our kilns and ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after the workshop.
Mother’s Day Weekend!:
Friday May 8th:
⭐Make Your Own Spring Floral Travel Mug, 6-8pm (12+ yo)
Learn How to use a slab and roll real flowers into your clay to create a travel mug imprinted with some spring flowers! Beginner Friendly.
Cost: $50, all supplies included.
Saturday May 9th:
⭐Make Your Own Flower Wall Hanging w/ Alexa, 11am-2pm (all ages)
In this beginner Friendly workshop, Alexa will teach participants different techniques for creating ceramic roses, daises, and other flowers. Students will attach the flowers to a slab of clay to create a wall hanging, and will be able to glaze their flowers same day. These everlasting ceramic bouquets will be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks after the workshop.
Cost: $65, All supplies and materials included.
Sunday May 10th:
⭐Make your Own Flower Frogs & Custom Bouquet w/ Gaby, 11am-1pm (all ages)
Come make a custom bouquet with your mom, and make a clay flower frog to hold them in place. The flower frogs are round discs with holes used to keep blooms upright and in place in a bouquet. Participants will learn how to form them from clay that will be baked on site so they can be decorated and used that day! Gaby will also help participants create their own bouquet from our bloom bar to take home. Each ticket is for one person - two people coming together have the option of creating one Xlarge flower frog and bouquet. Vases are included!

⭐Ceramic Jewelry Making w/Gaby, 2-4pm (12+yo)
Back by popular demand! Create ceramic beads and pendants, glaze them, and pick out your fasteners and earring backs. Pieces will be fired and assembled for you before pickup! Participants can make up to 5 pairs of earrings, and 5 pendants.
Cost: $50, all supplies and materials included.
⭐Mother’s Day One Night Spin w/Wendo, 6-8pm (12+ yo)
Want to try a spin on the pottery wheel? This is your sign! Bring mom and learn the basics in this 2 hour class. Participants will have a little over 90 minutes to work with the clay on the wheel, and some time at the end to add handles, choose colors, etc. Students will get to choose their two favorite pieces to be fired and glaze the color they would like. Designed for beginners!
Cost: $75 per person, all supplies and materials included.
⭐Make Your Own Ceramic Charcuterie Board & Wine Tasting w/Maya, 5-7:30pm (21+)
By far our most popular workshops: enjoy a wine tasting, complimentary glass of wine, and snacks while you learn how to form, fold, and shape a slab of clay into your very own charcuterie platter. Use texture rollers, sculpting tools and stamps to truly make it your own.
Cost: $95 per person, all supplies, wine and snacks included.

THIS WEEKEND: CT Clay Crawl! May 2nd and 3rd, 10am-4pm
We are so excited to be participating in the 1st annual Clay Crawl, showcasing 14 studios across CT. Come visit our studio to browse work by Greg Cochenet, Alexa Rucinski, and Gleidymar Rivera. Afterwards drive to any of the other participating studios to shop more art and get stickers for the passport program to enter in for a raffle!

Our Services

Try one of our six week classes to learn the full process and make your own pieces to bring home! In our six week classes you will learn how to center the clay, form the walls of the vessel, trim and refine the shape, and lastly how to glaze your finished pieces.
Classes are offered for beginners through advanced students. All classes include up to 25 lbs of clay, and unlimited glazing and firing during the class.
Classes repeat every six weeks and run for 2.5 hours.

One Night Spin is your chance to try wheel throwing pottery in a relaxed and fun environment! Never tried throwing on the pottery wheel? Looking for a fun night out with friends or a new date night idea? Bring your bestie or your beau, a favorite bottle of wine or other libation, and get ready to get those hands dirty.
This is hosted every Friday and Saturday 7-9pm. In this 2 hour class, one of our instructors will guide you through the process of throwing on the wheel. Participants will get to choose two pieces to have glazed and fired by our studio assistants. Pieces will be ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks at the studio.

Want to get creative, but don’t know where to start? Try one of our one day workshops where you will be guided through a project with one of our talented instructors.
Workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. Pieces are either available to take that day, or will be available in 3-4 weeks, depending on the project.

Looking for a more private experience? One on one lessons are available with Alexa Rucinski as scheduling allows. These are great for beginners looking to try get a headstart, or advanced students needing help mastering a specific skill.

We offer a variety of kid workshops for ages 5–16, many of which are seasonally themed throughout the year. These workshops provide a fun, creative, and hands-on experience—perfect for bonding as a family while making a unique piece of art to cherish for years to come.

Taken one of our six week classes and want to continue practicing on your own time? We offer studio memberships for artists ready to branch out on their own. Memberships include your own shelf, unlimited use of studio glazes, unlimited firing on items made in the studio, discounts on workshops, early access to classes, and more!
Interested artists must have taken a six week class at our studio. Once you have taken a six week class, email us to be placed on the Interest List, and you will be emailed as spots open up!
