Join us for a unique 3-hour experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and creativity. We’ll begin with a 45-minute grounding yoga session led by Breathing Room, designed to center your breath, body, and mind. After a short break, we’ll move into a 2-hour beginner pottery lesson on the wheel, where you'll learn the basics of throwing clay and create your own handmade pieces.
No prior yoga or pottery experience needed — just come as you are and enjoy the chance to reconnect and create!
